Freezing Rain Is Expected To Develop Over Much Of The Warning Area Later Tonight Before Quickly Changing To All Snow Monday Morning. Monday Morning Will Be The Period Of Heaviest Snow Before The Precipitation Rates Diminish Into The Afternoon.
